MICHELLE ITIDIARE
Michelle Itidiare is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized certification in Dermatology and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Known to patients as Dr. Michelle, she combines advanced training with a strong commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.
Her career began in emergency medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She later earned her Master’s degree at UMDNJ, completed a dermatology fellowship at Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists in Hackensack, NJ, and achieved her Doctorate at Wilkes University. She went on to establish Diare Dermatology, where she built her reputation for excellence in both dermatology and aesthetics.

Over the years, Dr. Michelle has developed deep expertise in hair restoration, training with leading specialists in Beverly Hills and Turkey. Her experience allows her to bring advanced transplant techniques and international standards of care to patients in New Jersey, making world-class results accessible locally without the need to travel overseas.

At the clinic, she offers state-of-the-art DHI/FUE Hair and Eyebrow Transplants alongside a full range of cosmetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation treatments.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Michelle is committed to teaching and mentoring students, preparing the next generation of providers in dermatology and aesthetics.
Her mission is to deliver natural, lasting results while combining artistry, innovation, and trusted care in a professional setting.
DR. ADEL HAQUE
Dr. Adel Haque serves as the Medical Director of our practice. He is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon with expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Haque earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his dermatology residency at the University of South Florida. In addition to practicing full-time , he teaches dermatology trainees at the University of Pennsylvania.

As Medical Director, Dr. Haque provides clinical oversight and ensures that every treatment offered in our practice meets the highest medical and safety standards.
