MICHELLE ITIDIARE
Michelle Itidiare, DNP, FNP-BC, DCNP is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized certification in Dermatology and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Known to patients as Dr. Michelle, she combines advanced training with a strong commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.
She is certified by the American Society of Aesthetic and Hair Restoration Surgery (ASAHRS) and is one of only three nurse practitioners in the entire state of New Jersey who is board certified in dermatology—a distinction that reflects the highest level of expertise and clinical excellence in her field.
Her career began in emergency medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She later earned her Master’s degree at UMDNJ, completed a dermatology fellowship at Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists in Hackensack, NJ, and achieved her Doctorate at Wilkes University. She went on to establish Diare Dermatology, where she built her reputation for excellence in both dermatology and aesthetics.
Over the years, Dr. Michelle has developed deep expertise in hair restoration, training with leading specialists in Beverly Hills and Turkey. Her experience allows her to bring advanced transplant techniques and international standards of care to patients in New Jersey, making world-class results accessible locally. In addition to her work in New Jersey, Dr. Michelle and her medical team collaborate with international hair restoration clinics to perform procedures for their clients, reflecting the global recognition of her skill, precision, and results.

At The Hair NP formerly known as Diare Dermatology we offer state-of-the-art DHI/FUE Hair and Eyebrow Transplants, alongside a full range of cosmetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Michelle is deeply committed to teaching and mentoring students, shaping the future of dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Her mission is to provide natural, lasting results through a balance of artistry, innovation, and trusted care.
DR. ADEL HAQUE
Dr. Adel Haque serves as the Medical Director of our practice. He is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon with expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Haque earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his dermatology residency at the University of South Florida. In addition to practicing full-time , he teaches dermatology trainees at the University of Pennsylvania.

As Medical Director, Dr. Haque provides clinical oversight and ensures that every treatment offered in our practice meets the highest medical and safety standards.
